Ground-floor shower-room (suite). Upstairs (stairgates), two bedrooms with garden views – a double, and a twin (truckle, zip-linkable to 6’ double).  Bathroom (suite, Velux window/sloping ceiling). Best for maximum of 3 adults. Smart, stylish and peaceful; a great base for exploring east Devon and the ‘Jurassic Coast’. Nearest pub, 1½ miles; shop, 2½ .
