Courshay Springs is located in an area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and there are plenty of delightful local walks on the doorstep. Within walking distance from the property you will find a village pub, shop and hotel, which has a brasserie open to the public. Just a 10-15 minute drive away are the popular Jurassic Coastal towns of Charmouth, Lyme Regis and West Bay.  This property is just 4 miles away from the bustling town of Axminster and also close by is Hugh Fernley-Whittingstall's River Cottage Canteen and Deli.  By night, the lack of any light pollution ensures that the Milky Way can be seen on a clear night sky.

Dining table to comfortably seat six, secondary fridge, seating area with two wooden armchairs, small TV and back door into the garden.  Cottage style doorways with low lintels throughout.  First floor; dual aspect master double bedroom with views over the rear garden, 4ft 6 inch double bed, cot, wardrobe and chest of drawers.  Twin bedroom with views to the front and rear of the house, 3ft single beds, built-in wardrobe and chest of drawers.  Second double bedroom with 4ft 6inch bed, front and rear views and chest of drawers.  Please note the bed is positioned against a wall with access to just one side.  Large family bathroom with roll top bath with hand shower mixer attachment, wash basin and WC.
