You are welcomed onto the property ground by a private driveway that hosts up to five cars, before walking up the gravel pathway, up two steps and through the front door into the porch which is home to a handy bench and boot rack to store muddy boots.

To your left you will find the wonderful dual aspect sitting room that has been elegantly furnished in neutral tones with subtle touches of colour and is home to a welcoming corner sofa and a snug three-seater sofa and an armchair, where you and your loved ones can curl up at watch a film on the Apple TV, whilst being warmed by the lovely woodburning stove. Accessed via the sitting room is a beautifully finished conservatory that is flooded by natural light and provides space to enjoy the garden and rural views in colder months, make use of the selection of games and enjoy a fun-filled evening with your party.

Moving through the property, you can put your culinary skills to the test in the well-equipped kitchen/diner whilst your party keep you company in the room that has been well-designed for socialising, you can even put your favourite music on whilst you cook with use of the Sonos speaker and get your wine chilling ahead of cracking it open in the wine cooler.

A handy utility sits adjacent to the kitchen with a washing machine, so there will be no piles of clothes needing a wash once you return home! All bedrooms come with ample hanging and drawer space for your garments.

The bathroom completes the first floor and is the perfect spot to relax amongst the bubbles in the bath after a day of exploring the Cotswolds.

Sip your morning coffee in the beautifully maintained, enclosed garden that surrounds the property, with a manicured lawn, leafy shrubs and luscious green mature trees, home to a paved patio bordered by a dry-stone wall wrapping itself around the conservatory, with a Rattan furniture suite, along with a barbecue to make use of in summer months. An attractive cast iron bench and an outdoor table with two long benches provide further seating areas from which to relax and unwind. The large lawn lies beyond the patio, leading from the top of the garden down and round to the front porch, offering far reaching views of the surrounding countryside; a tranquil and enjoyable space to soak up the sun and breath in the crisp country air.

Just a short walk from your doorstep you will find The Black Horse Inn which has a pleasant ambience and offers home-made, locally sourced food and lovely drinks, or you can explore the beautiful countryside of the Cotswolds, with the centre of Naunton right on your doorstep and the River Windrush flowing through the village which is set in a ‘bowl’ within the scenic Cotswold hills.

A short car ride away you will come to Bourton-on-the-Water, often referred to as the ‘Venice of the Cotswolds’ due to the low arched bridges that cross over the River Windrush, which has a variety of popular shops and attractions such as Cotswold Motoring Museum & Toy Collection and The Model Village – Bourton-on-the-Water in model form, and Greystones Farm & Nature Reserve, offering time out from the hustle and bustle of the village centre.

Visit the bustling market town of Stow-on-the-Wold where you can start your day with a delicious breakfast at The Hive which offers fare and baked goods in a rustic, homely setting with stone walls and warming interior, and then head over to discover St Edward’s Parish Church where you will find the enchanting looking tree surrounded doorway.

Cheltenham is just under a 30-minute drive from Hillside and has a wealth of activities including Cheltenham Racecourse which is a great day out for all and there are three enclosures to choose from, all guaranteed stunning views of the racing. For some beautiful scenery, be sure to visit Pittville Park which is the city's largest ornamental park that includes playgrounds, a boating lake and an aviary.

Naunton is positioned on either sides of the River Windrush, making it very picturesque as any of its neighbours in the hills between Stow and Cheltenham. Mentioned in the Doomsday Book as Niwetone. The hill overlooking the town is great for climbing up and viewing the church and the village. The Black Horse Inn is the local pub which provides great views into the heart of the Cotswolds.
