Tucked away in a private corner of a residential development, this charming house is just a five minute walk from the centre of vibrant Bourton-on-the-Water and all it has to offer. It’s easy to explore a little further too with the Rissingtons and The Slaughters (and their respective pubs) all easily reached on foot.

Bourton itself is one of the most popular and attractive villages in the Cotswolds and with several pubs, cafes and shops to explore, all your holiday needs are well catered for. Being in the heart of the north Cotswolds area it couldn’t be easier to explore Burford to the south, Chipping Campden and Broadway to the north and Cheltenham to the west.

Bordered by Stow-on-the-Wold to the north, Northleach to the south, The Rissingtons to the east and The Slaughters to the west, Bourton-on-the-Water sits in the heart of the Cotswolds. Chipping Campden and Broadway, Oxford, Cirencester and Cheltenham are all within easy reach.

One of the more distinctive Cotswold towns, the river Windrush runs through Bourton and is straddled by a series of low elegant bridges and bordered by shaded greens providing the perfect picnic spot. Children can enjoy a spot of safe river paddling whilst the adults admire the handsome Cotswolds architecture.
