On the first floor, a light and airy double (5’ bed) with painted floorboards (rug) and glazed door to balcony (river views, table/chairs for 2) and a room with 3’ bunks (best for children, clothes-hanging space on landing); bathroom (suite, shower over bath). Further stairs (steep) to roomy second-floor double bedroom with en suite bathroom (suite, shower over bath) and those lovely views. Best for maximum of 4 adults/2 children. A handy spot for town and beaches with good transport links (bus stop outside; station, 200 yards).
