Lobster Pot Cottage is packed with character and charm that oozes warmth and cosyness.

Lobster Pot Cottage is a charming, characterful Cornish fisherman's cottage just a few minutes from the seafront in East Looe. the property is within easy striking distance of the shops, cafes and restaurants that the village has to offer. Lobster Pot Cottage was built in the 1650's, and has been refurbished and decorated to a great standard, retaining its original character and charm, but also providing a comfortable home from home.

Property sleeps maximum 2 Adults and 2 children. 

entrance:

Low ceiling at entrance and Low beams in Property. Anyone over 6ft 4" will have to use caution.   

ground floor

Lounge / Kitchen / Diner: TV, DVD player, radio, electric cooker, microwave, refrigerator.

first floor

Bedroom 1: Double bed (4'6'').

Bedroom 2: Bunk beds (3') - only suitable for children only.

Shower Room: Electric shower, basin, w.c.

garden & parking: There is a pre-paid allocated parking space in the Mill Pool Car Park approx 6 minutes' walk from the cottage. No outdoor space.

Changeover Day: Saturday - arrival 3:00pm - departure 10:00am.

Power and Heat: Electric radiators in the lounge/diner, wall convectors in the bedrooms and wall fan heater in the shower room. Electric (log burner type) coal effect fire in the lounge. (There is a £1.00 electricity coin meter in operation and this is topped up to full as a gratuity and has covered summer weeks with no extra top ups required).

Bedding and Linen: Bed linen & towels provided (please bring your own beach towels)

Baby Equipment: Stair gate provided; please order in advance.

Shop: 0.1 ml Pub: 0.1 ml
