Two stylish bedrooms are situated on the second-floor, comprising of a double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, where you can indulge with a relaxing soak within the Jacuzzi bath, while the twin bedroom benefits from a en-suite shower room, ideal for a refreshing shower before heading out for the day. Each bedroom benefits from a charming Southwest-facing balcony, where spectacular sunsets can be enjoyed from with a well-deserved glass of wine. The final bedroom rests on the first-floor, next to the amply equipped kitchen, where you will be delighted to rustle up an evening meal for you and your loved ones. Gather the family together around the dining table to reminisce on the day over a delicious home-cooked meal, before settling down within the living room, boasting a TV with a Blu-ray DVD player. Throw open the patio doors to discover a private patio area where you can take in the surrounding countryside views. • From Langunnett Cottage there is a short drive into Looe and parking can be found at the Harbour, Riverbank ,Millpool and West Looe car parks. Should you choose to walk the easiest route is to walk past the end cottage (turn left on the pathway leaving Langunnett) down the steps to the Commonwood Manor, walk partly down that driveway and follow the signs onto "John’s Way" the path leads to St Martin’s Road, which can be quite busy with traffic , there is an unpaved section of approximately 100 yards until you are able to cross the road onto a pavement. This route has steps, down hill and flat sections, and takes approximately twenty-minutes at an easy pace. Venture into the centre of Looe, where you will find a wealth of amenities to suit the tastes of all guests. Whilst here, you can spend an afternoon at the sandy beach or walk along Banjo Pier, where you can spot the returning fishing travellers. If you are feeling active, take a stroll through Kilminorth Woods, where you will be delighted with the area steeped with plants and bird life. Langunnett Cottage is a splendid retreat promising a relaxed holiday in Cornwall.

Looe is the second largest fishing port situated within Cornwall, and houses a lively quay area in East Looe and a quieter area in West Looe, both connected by the 19th century bridge over the River Looe. Within the port you will find a wealth of pubs, restaurants, cafes and shops to suit all ages and tastes, as well as attractions including the sandy beach, Banjo Pier and the Kilminorth Woods.
