Giving easy access to the South West Coast path, great for enjoying a day out roaming with your four legged friend and no need to drive. Why not visit The Eden Project, Lanhydrock House and Garden, The Screech Owl Sanctuary and Wildlife Park, Bodmin Jail or explore the local area via the ferries to Fowey and Bodinnick. Enter the house on the first floor where you will find the washer/drier and separate WC. A few steps lead you down to the ground floor where you will find the 2 bedrooms, a spacious double bedroom with a glazed door leading out to the garden which benefit s from sea views and a twin room with sea views. On this floor you will also find the family bathroom with a shower over the bath and WC.
