While away the hours on the nearby Tamar Lake, a nature reserve right on your doorstep, which is perfect for countryside walks. The Upper Lake offers coarse fishing, water sports, a lakeside walk and cafe. The North Cornish coastline is also just a short drive, which is ideal for surfing and sunbathing, or alternatively the lovely cliff top walks which offers spectacular views across the Atlantic coastline. The Cornish town of Bude provides excellent shopping and leisure facilities together with a wide selection of restaurants, bars and coffee shops, and the nearby market town of Holsworthy also offers a selection of amenities and weekly farmers market. Step inside the spacious entrance hall and head into the lounge with reclining sofas where you can relax after a busy day and watch your favourite film on the Smart TV in front of the warming wood burner, or on a warm summers day throw open the French doors and let the outside in.
