Ample parking, on a well used road but still a quiet and peaceful setting. We were able to find walks from the door, the Carran loop for a full day and shorter evening walks. Burren Perfumery is also close by and worth a visit. If you are able to walk up on to the limestone pavements, the wild flowers are absolutely incredible. Very central base for exploring the area. The Flaggy Shore is great for birdwatching; easy walk from Doolin to the northern areas of Moher; Avalla Farm Loop is lovely, watch out for the goats! We stocked up on shopping before we arrived, but noticed some smaller convenience stores at Corofin and Ballyvaughan. Thank you to Therese for an amazing week - we need to come back as more to explore and Mullaghmore still to climbâ¦

The cottage was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed. We'd definitely recommend this cottage.
