Sleeping six to eight guests, Villa Ellia sits just outside the village of Blato na Cetini, positioned on a hillside with far-reaching views across the surrounding landscape. Designed across two floors, the villa combines contemporary style with thoughtful, family-friendly spaces.

On the ground floor, the open-plan living area brings together a comfortable lounge, dining space and fully equipped kitchen. Large windows draw in natural light and frame the scenery, best enjoyed from the corner sofa. A wooden dining table for six sits beneath a statement light fixture, while the sleek kitchen features a marble island and modern appliances. Guests can also arrange an in-house chef for a more relaxed stay.

This level also hosts a double bedroom and a modern bathroom, along with direct access to the terrace. Outside, you’ll find a private pool, sun loungers and a shaded dining area, as well as a swing chair for slower moments.

The lower floor offers two additional bedrooms, a bathroom, and a cinema room with a sofa bed, along with a sauna for added comfort. A second terrace features a jacuzzi and lounge area, creating another inviting spot to unwind. Optional extras such as grocery delivery, private chef, massage treatments and boat experiences can also be arranged.

Villa Ellia is located on the edge of the village of Blato na Cetini, just 600 metres from the coast and within easy reach of a local restaurant and café. The surrounding area offers a mix of nature and outdoor activity, with Biokovo Nature Park nearby, where walking trails reveal wide-reaching views across the region. The Cetina River is also close by, offering opportunities for rafting and canyoning, with tours often including pick-up directly from the villa.

The lively town of Omiš is under 20 miles away, known for its waterfront setting, dining options and adventure experiences, including one of the longest ziplines in the area. For a change of pace, Split can be reached in around 40 minutes by car, where historic architecture, vibrant streets and Diocletian’s Palace form the heart of the city.

Along the coast, a variety of beaches provide space to swim, relax or try water sports, while boat trips and ferries from Split make it easy to explore nearby islands such as Brač, Vis and Korčula.
