Walk amongst the hills to the local pubs or watch famous racehorses train on the hills or simply sit in heavenly surroundings and do nothing - and just relax! Set on a farm which trains top class racehorses on the surrounding land we were simply gobsmacked at the location and accommodation on show. Inside the open plan living space downstairs and bedrooms upstairs have been designed and presented to an exceptional standard, with a real attention to detail and one fits the building beautifully.

Oak flooring, huge oak trusses, a handmade kitchen and luxury bathrooms together ooze charm and appeal, while large, deep mattresses in inviting bedrooms ensure a good night's sleep. Two of the six bedrooms are located in a separate, private barn approx 12 paces from your front door (to the side in the picture). Together this is a perfect choice for a large group or family who looking to enjoy a quality holiday home in one of the finest Cotswolds areas. We absolutely loved it when we visited.

Northleach was at one time an important market town, celebrated throughout Europe as a major centre for the Cotswold wool trade! The fifteenth-century church of St Peter and St Paul, paid for by the wealthy wool merchants, was built with stone dug from the quarry in the town itself and what is now the Market Square. More recently the village has been used in a number of recent films, including the Casual Vacancy of 2015.
