Seaside Cottage a smart little fisherman's cottage in an excellent location just up from the Quay in Wells-next-the-Sea and ten-minutes from the beach. Boasting marsh and sea views from both bedrooms, this super hideaway also offers a private, sunny courtyard garden, an allocated parking space place as well as everything you could possibly need within easy reach right on your doorstep. You are definitely on a winner with Seaside Cottage!
A happy and cherished family home for many years, this delightful Victorian cottage has been beautifully styled with modern interiors. The ground floor comprises of a fabulous fitted kitchen featuring ample work top space and a great selection of appliances, and a comfortable sitting room with quality furniture, easy-on-the-eye decor, and lovely sink-into sofas. The delightful wood burning stove emits extra warmth and ambient light on chillier evenings, making this room a cosy place to relax and unwind after a day of adventures. Upstairs on the first floor, two inviting bedrooms are presented (a king-size and a single), each with hotel standard mattresses and a television for wonderfully indulgent, lazy mornings. These rooms are served by a modern bathroom offering bath with shower over.
Outside, the pretty courtyard garden is accessed from the kitchen meaning that al fresco dining from the charcoal barbecue is easy. And, if the nominated chef fancies some time off, you are spoilt for choice with places to eat out, all within easy walking distance. Hire an e-bike from nearby Cockle Bay e-bike hire, or a trail, mountain or kids bike from Wells Bike Hire and spend a day exploring the local area. Just four minutes walk from the cottage is the beautiful Buttlands; an attractive, leafy green square lined with lime trees, and two great gastropubs.
Ideally suited to a couple, a solo traveller or a small family, Seaside Cottage is a lovely little hideaway to escape to at any time of year. Wells-next-the-Sea is deservedly a very popular holiday destination, offering holidaymakers plenty to see and do in all seasons.

Thanks very much Wendy and Andrew for a fantastic stay in this lovely cosy cottage. You've really got all bases covered re: facilities and equipment. We love Wells and the wildlife is spectacular. Have particularly enjoyed walking the Starling Murmurations at Titchwell and Cley and spotting all the deer on walks. This was our first trip to North Norfolk and it definitely won't be out last!

When my original trip to Madagascar was cancelled due to riots, several friends recommended Wells-next-the-Sea for wildlife photography. I landed on my feet with your lovely little cottages, it felt like home from home after a long day out exploring the local Nature Reserves. Thank you for the lovely welcome touches and for resolving the parking which was totally out of your control. I have passed on your details to friends and I will book again in the future. Our first trip to Norfolk and what a beautiful part of the Country. We had a lovely relaxing week made even better by our lovely stay in this wonderful cosy cottage.
