From scenic walks straight from your doorstep to visiting nearby charming local pubs and shops, there’s something for everyone to enjoy. Horse riding and trekking are available from the adjacent riding school and Kilnsey Trout Farm complete with fishing, cafe and farm shop is ½ mile away. For cycling enthusiasts the route of Tour De Yorkshire runs past the end of the lane and for walkers, the wonderful Dales Way runs on the hillside above. A well stocked convenience store with local butcher is 2 miles away and the nearest pub is ½ mile.

    Cosy cottage in a tiny hamlet. All facilities. Lovely Lemon Drizzle Cake as a welcome. Comfy bed. Lovely and welcoming host. This cottage is in a fabulous location for visiting various places in the the North Yorkshire Moors National Park.

    Really Beautiful in every way! The views around the property are fabulous. The property was perfect too and very secure garden/paddock for our dog. Didn't want to leave!!

    Beautiful, comfortable cottage with the most amazing surroundings and views. Felt very recharged and relaxed after our week. Had some lovely walks! The owner, Abigail Shaw,.who lives next door in private grounds, is lovely and helpful when needed but never intrusive.
