Tan Y Fedwen is a well-received holiday cottage in Llwyngwril, praised for its cleanliness, stunning location with sea views, and comfortable furnishings. Guests appreciate the spaciousness, hot tub, and proximity to the beach and local amenities. The enclosed garden and sunset views are notable highlights, making it an ideal base for exploring Snowdonia and enjoying a relaxing stay.

Guests that stayed at this property said

The property consistently receives high marks for cleanliness, with multiple reviews mentioning it being very clean and well-maintained. Only a few minor instances of overlooked cleaning details prevent a perfect score.

The location is highly praised for its breathtaking views, proximity to the beach, and quiet setting. It serves as a great base for exploring Snowdonia. The rocky beach and limited local activities slightly affect the score.

Guests find the property comfortable, with spacious rooms and a warm atmosphere. The well-furnished interiors and secure outside space for children contribute to the comfort. Some comments about the practicality of washbasins and towel sizes slightly lower the score.

Facilities like the hot tub, well-equipped kitchen, and ample outdoor space are appreciated. However, some guests noted a lack of certain kitchen items, and issues with hot tub temperature and maintenance tools, indicating room for improvement.

While many guests express satisfaction with the property's offerings and the owner's helpfulness, there is no mention of gifts or special thoughtful touches that would warrant a score in this category.

Mei could'ent do enough to help with local information or any minor problems we had. The Farm shop, Bar and Coffee shop were a nice surprise. We will be returning to this location.

The clothes airer was broken so was hard to dry the clothes inside as it rained everyday so couldn’t really dry it outside. Downfall of our stay was dogs had to be kept on the lead even on the garden which wasn’t clearly stated when we booked and wouldn’t have booked if we would have known this. Beach is only a few minutes walk away but isn’t dog or child friendly. Would recommend the house for maybe couples that like to walk but without dogs or children as there isn’t much to do in the area.
