Walk into the utility boot room with space for your boots and coats, here you will find the washer/dryer, sink and plenty of storage as well as the separate WC. If you decide to eat in, the kitchen/diner has been thoughtfully planned with all the equipment you need to rustle up a meal, including an electric range oven and induction hob, fridge, freezer, microwave and dishwasher. At the far end, is the bar area by the patio doors with drinks fridges. Relax on the sofas with the Smart TV on in the background whilst menu planning. When ready, everyone can gather around the dining table, a perfect setting positioned by the second set of patio doors. After dinner, go through to the lounge with a wood burner (first basket of logs provided) and relax on the comfy sofa whilst listening to music or watching a film on the Smart TV. Upstairs, you will find four beautiful bedrooms, all with Smart TVs and wonderful views to wake up to.
