Kerensa Lodge was the perfect accommodation for me and my family. It was our first holiday as a family of four with our two small children - a 2 year old and a baby of 7 months. Plenty of space, highchair and travel cot provided, washing machine, dishwasher and all the necessary kitchen appliances and utensils. It really was home from home. Unfortunately the weather was wet so we didn’t spend much time on the lovely decking, but when we did it was perfect for our little ones as it’s was gated and secure. The site is quiet, it’s a short drive from St Merryn, 20 minutes from Padstow and 30 minutes from Newquay. The Cornish Arms in St Merryn is certainly worth a visit. I can’t fault the properly, the cleanliness was impeccable, bedding was fresh and the service provided by Cornish Horizons was great. We will be booking to stay here again!

The holiday property was lovely .
Watched the planes and gyro copters take off and land . Grass airfield behind site. Plenty of birds swooping and cawing , fascinating to watch. Whole site was quiet due to it being October but people were very friendly. Door lock was temperamental at times , a mop for the property would be useful as it was wet outside. The property was clean and well laid out with a full compliment of pans , crockery and cutlery. Very comfortable chairs and sofa. Beds were comfortable as well. All bedding and linen was clean and in plentiful amount.

The apartment is beautiful, high end, luxury.
Great location, great proximity to the beach ( if you donât mind the stairs!) it ticked all the boxes if you want a cut above the rest. Stunningly decorated. Nothing really negative to say apart from we could have done with a little nest of tables inside, for drinks and snacks. The bed, although a top quality mattress it needs a mattress topper, itâs very firm for even a firm mattress lover! Apart from that we wouldnât change a thing. We would look forward to returning. Keep up the high standards, itâs worth every penny.

The property was brand new and we were the first guests. So everything was spotless. The decor is all tasteful and beach themed. The kitchen was very well equipped. Literally the only thing missing was a can opener. The owner was super friendly and got us a few welcome bits which was a lovely touch. The location in the holiday park was handy, restaurant and corner shop two min walk away. The neighbourhood was quiet and neighbours friendly. And also just 10 Min drive to pretty much any of the seven bays.

Atlantic bays holiday park was a lovely place the chalet was lovely and we all was de-stressed as work nights and places to visit was not far away we definitely recommend it to family and friends and thinking of coming back next year so basically we had a fantastic time !! Went to several beaches/Bodmin steam railway/Eden project and loved Newquay and done axe throwing in Newquay absolutely experience to do! And was happy with the information from yourselves and leaflets in the chalet!
