"A good holiday home in a residential area. Inside the property it was very clean but there was a lack of basic kitchen equipment - things like a chopping board and there were not enough extra dishes and cutlery so washing up had to be done more often than really needed. The bungalow décor was nice with a great colour scheme but the back garden needs modernising. It is a nice modern cottage with plenty of family space to relax. Parking outside is easy. The locality is quiet with a nearby park and playground. Bognor is a pleasant town with a pier and stony beach (sand at low tide). Parking is quite easy in town and there are nice family restaurants. The land train is fun and the crazy golf is excellent. The rock pools at Pagham are excellent. Several National Trust properties within an hour's drive. To be honest, if the outside back area was to be updated, it would be a very nice property to visit again."

"The cottage itself is well appointed and quite comfortable. It is situated in the centre of the village close to a dog friendly pub and an Indian takeaway, both 30 metres. There is a lovely bakers about 50 metres which bakes on the premises. There is a Cooperative village store directly opposite and a good chippy about 100 metres away.Although the cottage is comfy and well appointed it is small with steep stairs to the bedroom and bathroom. It must also be said that the backyard is very small so if you have anything larger than a jack russell be warned.Parking is on street and on a first come first served basis so don’t expect to park right outside."

"Lovely cottage which worked well for our party of 3. It was conveniently located near the beach and within walking distance to local amenities although the road outside could be quite noisy and busy at times. Well equipped and very clean and comfortable. Could benefit from upgrading the metal curtain rails and net curtains to rooms at the front of the property, perhaps considering some screening to the front door and side panels and by providing some large mugs for tea/coffee. It would also be an idea to consider some shading to the roof of the conservatory to alleviate very hot temperatures in the warmer summer months."

"Whilst we enjoyed our stay we are unlikely to return. The main reason for this is more because we like to visit different places that anything to do with the property or area.We found Diddy Bones Barn to be spotlessly clean, well located and easy find. Being a conversion of a barn loft means that the sloping ceiling are a constant hazard to your head though (an I am only short at 5' 6"). This is not a problem if you keep your wits about you, but between the pair of us staying there we did hit our heads a number of times!"

"We had a lovely stay and Rustington is a really good place to be to visit the surrounding area. It has a variety of shops and food places a short walk away. Ben was a most gracious host, thanks for the biscuits etc. We would love to return and explore even more of the area. The lodge is ideal for dogs as there is a lovely enclosed garden. We were very lucky with the weather and sat outside several times. A Wi-Fi connection would enhance the experience as most people, even us oldies, like to use the Internet."
