We had a lovely stay at The Studio at Little Trees Farm.
We both banged our heads on the sloping ceiling on the day we arrived but we soon learned to be careful at the sides of the room! The bed is a little low as others have commented, but this wasn't a problem for us. Most importantly it was large and very comfortable so we slept well. There were a few minor problems with the TV which seems to be new and refused to pick up most channels through the aerial. Sadly there was no cable to connect the blu-ray/DVD player to the TV either, but as it is a modern Smart TV we just used various streaming services (BBC iPlayer etc) so we had plenty to watch in the evenings. The bread and milk provided was appreciated and overall this was a comfortable and well-equipped base from which to explore the area.

The Studio at Little Trees was possibly the best-equipped cottage in which I have stayed.
Any negative criticism of it would be very marginal. (I don't like eating at a bar stool.) I chose the location because of the ease of access to another family engagement, and it suited that purpose well. Also I wanted a place in which to read, and to do some painting, and it was fine in that respect. On the other hand, I wanted to do some country walking, but the arable farm-land in the area makes for rather dull walks, the country lanes round about this area are quite busy with cars, and you are in constant earshot (once outside the cottage) of the M1 and Luton airport. If it suits your particular purposes then The Studio is brilliant, but you need to be aware of the limitations of its location.

Studio at little trees farm is a beautifully presented loft conversion with great attention to detail and quality fittings and appliances throughout.
Great bathroom with large shower. Match that with a very friendly warm welcome and a thoughtfully stocked studio and you have a perfect combination. This is one of the very best Sykes properties we have stayed in. Location wise it is perfect for local large village with nice pubs and eateries. Excellent location for visiting central London for a show or whatever. Within easy driving distance of Cambridge and Oxford which are both so well worth a visit. Discovering picture perfect villages in the area is also a must. Last point, why do Sykes list this property as Cambridgeshire ? That is not correct, it is Hertfordshire in fact. Please amend. J & J

From the moment I arrived I knew I would love my stay here.
The studio was lovely and warm upon arrival which was so welcoming on a cold winters day. The welcome food pack was a nice touch and the kitchen was the best equipped I have stayed in with ample utensils, crockery, coffee and cooking sundries. The downstairs laundry area was so useful too as I was staying nearly three weeks. It really was a home from home, I didn't want for anything! The studio is in a beautiful setting, so peaceful and I enjoyed watching the pheasant and squirrels who frequently visited in the garden. I was really sad to leave and would love to visit again. Thank you Karen for making me feel welcome to your beautiful home.

The bed was very comfortable, however it was much too low (almost like a mattress on the floor).
My 85 year old mother was unable to get up from the bed & had to sleep.on the sofa. The downstairs bathroom was very cold despite being in the middle of summer & the shower head was clogged up (limescale?)with the water not flowing from the shower head evenly, creating an unpleasant shower experience. The kitchen was mostly very well equipped, however there were no sharp knives at all, making it difficult to cut bread, cheese etc. Location was very good & and in a safe area but you will need a car or taxi for going out in the evening.
