"<span style="font-family: Tahoma, Geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 14px; background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255);">First impression when arriving at farm is a bit 'rustic'. typical dairy farm yard, buildings and smells. The property was great and the owners very nice.<br /> <br /> Great if staying with children as a viewing gallery to watch the cows being milked. Lovely walks in area.<br /> <br /> Take a torch and a reflective jacket if walking dogs in the evening or dark. Beautiful area. Lots of places to walk. Visit Lake Bala and Vrwyny later in the day or not at weekends, it is very busy then, but well worth going on another day. Newtown is a nice market town, as is Welshpool. Llandiloes is quaint and there is The Minivera Arts Centre hosting quilts which is fastinating. Lovely food at The Cross Keys, about 5 miles north on the A495. A bit of a wait for the food as it is all cooked to order, well well worth the wait.</span><br /> <br /> "

"We stayed here. 4 adults, a teenager and 2 under 3 years old. We had a great time! Thank you. I was worried about the space before we arrived but there was no need! The cottage is cosy but we felt really comfortable. The cottage has a really nice atmosphere and we thought the location was good. The cottage was really nicely presented, nice furniture and lots of cutlery and pots in the kitchen. I was worried the parking might be a problem but again it wasn't too bad. We parked at Freshwater and Oxen cove, they had spaces in the evening but they could get busy during the day. We were able to quickly unload just across the road in the Yacht Club car park. We didn't have any problems with the fish market behind the cottage, it wasn't too noisy. Brixham is a beautiful village and the surrounding coastline is great to explore. We were really lucky and got to swim with local seals in Churston Cove just to the North."

"We stayed in the property for two weeks between 4th and 18th August with our two children aged almost 4 and almost 2. The cottage was extremely comfortable and the garden is lovely. We enjoyed sitting out in the evenings, listening to the birdsong and watching the sunset. The owner lives next door and was very pleasant. Most of the time we had complete privacy within the cottage which is blissfully quiet, especially at night. The location of the property couldn't have been better. It was a five minute drive from Arlington Court (National Trust) and Exmoor Zoo - both lovely days out. It was a short drive to Combe Martin, Lynton and Lynmouth, Ilfracombe, Woolacombe Beach, the middle of Exmoor. For somewhere very comfortable within easy reach of many attractions of north Devon and Exmoor, we highly recommend this cottage."

"We had a great time down at The Hideaway. Zoe and Sean were very welcoming and helpful. The accommodation is great - spotlessly clean with a double upstairs, and bunks for the kids downstairs, with a small garden out the back. Very comfortable. The location itself is ideal; there are a number of restaurants, pubs, shops and a bakery within a few minutes' walk. Best of all are the beaches within five minutes away. Padstow is barely a ten minute drive away too. Overall, we had a great stay and would very much recommend the accommodation on account of its comfort, location and welcome."

"<strong>Lovely cottage. perfect place for family holidays.</strong> We've very much enjoyed our time, and the couple of days which we stayed wasn't enough to do everything we wanted. Very interesting to see real farm life and of course for kids!!!<br /> Recommendations: Walking around the fields with lots of sheeps there, fishing, watching cows milking and seeing a lots of farm life."
