What our customers are saying about our Bank Holiday Apartments In Tenby To Rent.

"Log cabin is an excellent choice for a quiet beach holiday. It has a peaceful atmosphere and lovely views of the bay.You are warned before booking that there is no wifi - we didn't regret the lack! One reviewer suggested the TV was too small but, to us, it seemed a typical size for a holiday let. As one or two reviewers have noted the kitchen has low beams in the ceiling. Anyone over 5 foot 6 inches (that includes one of us) will bump their head. The gently shelving beach of Freshwater East (9 minutes walk down a steep path) is ideal for small children. Ice cream etc can be had at the Longhouse - 5 minutes walk off the beach. The walk up Trewent head is a pleasant evening stroll. The local pub, Freshwater Inn, serves good quality food. No food shops in the village means a major food shop requires a 15 minute car journey to Tesco Pembroke Dock."

"Lovely little cottage right in the centre of Tenby. Lots of choice of which carpark to safely leave the car too. Lovely and warm and cosy and we enjoyed chilling out on the big comfy sofas and watching the TV. Very good value for money but make sure you watch for children turning the gas on as the range cooker has knobs at face level. We accidentally knocked one when we were in the kitchen but turned it off. Children may not realise as they are forever playing with the knobs on my washing machine and walking away. Apart from that we couldn’t fault it and this is an excellent cottage and will 100% be returning! The owner lives next door so any problems and she can deal with imeadiately."

"The views were stunning and the best we have had. The cabin is badly in need of updating. No work surface in the kitchen, no proper cupboards, immersion heater for hot water, no drainer. The step down to the bathroom makes it hard to get into. Again, bathroom needs updating. Definitely not the place for tall people, my husband banged his head on the beams at least once a day. TV could do with being larger (my pc screen is this size). Directions are not clear. Sign to log cabin is not easily visible. Distance to car park needs to be changed in details. Was warm and reasonably comfortable. You need to be crossed by a mountain goat to do the walks."

"Very quiet. Short walk to 2 pubs, but we only used the Sun Inn where we were made very welcome. Garden Centre and cafe on the opposite side of the road but we didn't visit as we were only at Ivy Cottage for a short break and weren't back in time. The cafe at the Garden Centre closed at 4 pm and the Garden Centre itself at 5 pm and we were out all day. Once we had figured out how to get the heating to work we were cosy as the weather was wet and quite cold at first. The previous week it had rained all week and there was a damp smell in the bedroom cupboards. Perhaps they need to be left open between visitors."

"The floors around the beds were rather dusty. The towel in my sons bedroom was dirty. The key lock was very difficult to use and I had to ring the owner to get help as the lock had jammed. She said this had happened before so why not replace it? The tap on the basin in the bathroom was wobbly and felt insecure. The property isn't well maintained. The lodge is rather expensive considering these problems. On a positive, the lodge is in a good area with easy access to Tenby and Pembroke. Plenty of parking by the lodge and a nice big kitchen which is great for cooking and eating in."
