What our customers are saying about our Self Catering Holidays In Perth And Kinross.

"A really lovely lodge. Absolutely spotless. Could have eaten off the floor. The bedding was also lovely - however all of us struggled with the thinness of the mattresses. The shower in the main bathroom is a total nightmare as the water pressure is so strong the shower head roams around by itself. The water was absolutely everywhere on more than one occasion. The hot tub was a dream and we spent many hours in the there. But that wooden deck is a so so slippery (there are warning signs around) but we all really struggled with how slippy it was. The heating was also really difficult to manage and seemed to have a mind of its own. You are really out of the way staying here - we definitely under estimated how remote it was. There is no phone signal at all in the lodge, however there is wifi available. Kitchen had everything you could think of and more. Overall we were very happy with our holiday and would recommend to others."

"We have stayed in many holiday cottages in this area over the last 20 years and I would say thatthis was one of the best. The location is amazing with magnificent views over Loch Tay and our party of 10 could not have found a more ideal house to celebrate our son's 30th birthday. The open plan kitchen and dining/sitting area was perfect for us and the cosy sitting room is a lovely area to relax after dinner. Kerry and her family were very helpful and responded quickly when we had any queries. They also left a welcome hamper with all sorts of goodies for which we were very grateful. We would love to return in the summer and make more of the outdoor decking area with hot tub and definitely recommend this beautiful house for anyone looking for a relaxing holiday."

"Let us start with saying the the pictures, not even get close to do the house justice. What a great place. The way everything is set up room vice, makes this property one of the greatest we have been in.The biiiiiigggg combined kitchen and lounge room, makes a perfect meeting place for all the participants. The great rooms for guest are situated in the other end of the building, where there is quiet.Great bathrooms also. The garden is grat, but best is the terasse with a stunning view over Loch Tay.Ellis is great too, very helpfull and almost anoyed ;-) that we didn't contact him for help to find round the area and what to see.He was very aware of what kind of party we were, and did everything needed for us to feel that we were welcome.Highly reccomendable."

"Booked this for me, my husband, my daughter, her husband and the 2 grandkids aged 3 & 7, with our dog Jilly. We did not get the full family together, as my daughter had a dog too and only one pet is allowed, so my daughter joined us for 3 of the 7 days, with my grandkids - her husband stayed at home with dog. But we did enjoy our time together as a family - albeit my son in law missed out. The grandkids loved the place, the open doors, we had a wee stream behind the lodge. The donkeys to feed etc. Even in winter time it was good to explore, chaperoned off course. All in all we had a great time and would go here again. The peace and quiet was great. The hot tube was a bonus and we sure used that every day, even in the minus weather."

"The Knock is well equiped and the 'welcome pack ' had fresh bread, milk, jams, eggs, coffee pods and shortbread. there was also coffee/tea/and sugar provided. Although the adjoining property was occupied (which was an initial concern before we went) we had no problem with any disturbance. We had two young red dear bounding around the grass back garden on the first day who then jumped over the fence and ran to the nearby woods. Also couple of rabbits and some birds on the feeders (although we would suggest taking some bird seed with you!).Just note that there is now no longer a hot tub at the Knock. All in all we had a good relaxing week in Scotland"
