Snaptrip says

Guests have praised Bothi for its tranquil and picturesque setting in North Wales, often highlighting the stunning views, peaceful environment, and the presence of local wildlife. The property is described as comfortable, well-equipped, and offering a warm welcome. While most reviews reflect a positive experience, a few guests noted minor issues with cleanliness and facilities, but these do not detract from the overall satisfaction.

Guests that stayed at this property said

The majority of guests found Bothi to be clean and well-presented. However, a few guests mentioned that certain areas could have been cleaner, with some dust and hair found upon arrival. These instances seem to be exceptions rather than the rule.

The location is consistently praised for its quietness, beautiful views, and proximity to nature, with many guests appreciating the sounds of birds and sheep. It serves as an excellent base for exploring North Wales and Snowdonia.

Guests have commented on the comfortable furnishings and the warm, cosy atmosphere of Bothi, particularly noting the underfloor heating and comfortable bed. The property is seen as a relaxing retreat.

While the property is generally well-equipped, some guests noted the absence of certain amenities such as a washing machine, bathroom shelving, and detailed instructions for appliances. There were also comments about the lack of towels and some maintenance issues.

There is insufficient information to score thoughtfulness accurately. While some guests mentioned the lack of a welcome pack, which could be seen as a thoughtful gesture, there are no consistent references to gifts or special touches provided by the host.

Definitely lacked storage though. Nowhere in the bathroom to put toiletries at all. Instructions for the cooker would have been extremely useful and also for the hot tub. The key for the front door was in the door when we arrived and we didn't see anyone all week apart from a young man who told us his Uncle, who owned the place, would probably tell us to leave the money on the table for the hot tub?? How to use it would have been helpful!! Extremely disappointing!!

However the property lacked some key facilities. *The bathroom lacked any space for toiletries. A shelf and/or cabinet would be advisable, there is room for both. A shower tidy is also helpful. *The bedroom lacked cupboard space with a small hanging space in the small utility cupboard outside. *No hanging space for wet outer clothing. *No appliance instructions in the welcome pack. Helpful if you don't know or are not familiar with them. * Internet router access would be helpful for online bookings *Some of the lighting has nor been checked, many bulbs not functioning on the cooker hood, bathroom mirror and lounge area. So disappointing as the owner has just renovated the property!!

Situation off the beaten track with kites buzzard and a myriad of house martins, swifts and shallows and LBJ's, ( little brown jobbies), birds. More information about walks from the property and about the immediate area would have been good. But all in all, enjoyed our stay. Efficient hosts too.
