A stroll from this unusual and welcoming property takes you to the shop and beach or head to one of the nearby towns and villages for a host of attractions, shops and restaurants to enjoy. Take the water taxi to Barmouth, a steam train ride on the Tallylyn Narrow gauge Historic Railway or discover life underground in Corris Slate Mines. Play a round of golf in coastal Aberdovey, visit the Ynys Hir rspb reserve or the pretty waterfall at Dolgoch Falls. There is a plethora of footpaths and cycle routes in Snowdonia National Park, along the Dyfi and Mawddach estuaries and the miles of sandy beaches along Cardigan Bay coast to discover. Walk up the slate steps to deck with artificial grass leading to front door. As you open the door to the open plan studio style accommodation you will see it is home from home with a cosy wood burner, with ornate reclaimed fireplace, 1 double bed and TV with DVD/Blu ray. The birdcage dining table with matching stools is a perfect for a romantic dinner for two or a hearty breakfast to set you up for the day. There are 2 comfy directors chairs that fold away so you can sit and enjoy the view or kick back and relax with a movie. The kitchen area caters for all your needs with the little extras alongside the electric oven and hob, microwave and fridge/freezer. Whilst you are in the kitchen let the sunshine in and open the French doors on to the decking and listen to the sounds of the waves and birdsong. After a full day out make the most of the large shower, drying off with fluffy towels and retire to the double bed with freshly laundered linen and decadently watch TV. Outside on the decking you will find the BBQ, bistro table and chairs to make the most of the stunning rural and sea views. If you are keen on cycling and canoeing there is a secure bicycle and canoe store available. Ample parking. The property is located next to the owner's accommodation but privacy is assured.
