Enter into the ground floor lounge with feature fireplace, sofas to snuggle up on, watch a film on the Smart TV and enjoy interesting artworks throughout. Walk down the steep stairs to the kitchen/diner, if you decide to eat in, the kitchen is well equipped with electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, microwave and dishwasher. The stylish dining table is perfectly positioned for a romantic meal together, by the glow of the electric log effect wood burner and lovely views from the window. You will find the stylish bathroom with shower over bath and WC on this floor. There is access to the tiered rear garden, perfect to watch the suns rays as it sets behind the mountains. After a full day out, head up to the decadent bedroom with double bed on the first floor, with en suite WC. Head outside on to the paved and decked split level garden with steps, which is enclosed and offers fabulous far reaching views. Enjoy alfresco dining at the table and chairs or head down to the sunken garden with seating for a charcoal BBQ. There is ample space for your bikes and on road parking can normally be found nearby. Please note that the lower staircase in particular is steep, and therefore this property may not be suitable for young children or those with restricted mobility.
