The first floor has a single bedroom and the living accommodation is spacious and comfortable, with an open plan sitting room and well-equipped kitchen and dining area where you can relax and enjoy those leisurely breakfasts or evening suppers. The sitting area is comfortable and cosy with two sofas, one being a sofa bed, and a small balcony offering a lovely place to sit and enjoy the morning sunshine. Outside this lovely town house is a small yard, with a small wooden bench, leading to the garage which is an ideal place to securely lock away your bikes, boards, kayaks and canoes. This delightful town house is ideally located to enjoy the fishing, watersport activities and sailing available at Llyn Tegid, Bala Lake, the largest natural lake in Wales, only a five minute walk away, or drive the short distance to the National Whitewater Centre and enjoy a day of adventure and adrenaline! A great family day out to enjoy is Bala Lake Railway, take a trip on the 2ft narrow gauge steam trains which give excellent views of the lake amid its surrounding pastoral and woodland scenery, and of the nearby mountains, Arenig Fawr, Aran Benllyn and Aran Fawddwy. Bala's pretty town centre offers an array of shops, pubs and restaurants, and is a perfect base from which to explore the beautiful National Park and stunning countryside. The town house is also ideally located to visit the renowned mountain bike centre at Coed-y-Brenin, and further afield why not visit the town of Blaenau Ffestiniog and take the World Famous Ffestiniog narrow gauge steam train to the harbour town of Porthmadog or visit Llechwedd slate caverns, which is now also the home of ZipWorld Titan, the longest four-man zip wire in Europe, Bounce Below, an underground trampoline and Antur Stiniog Mountain Bike Centre with its various downhill trails, there really is something for everyone. This delightful town house is an ideal retreat to be enjoyed all year round and perfect for an exciting holiday.

The busy market town of Bala sits within the beautiful Snowdonia National Park and is located at the head of Llyn Tegid, The famous lake at Bala, is the largest natural lake in Wales and home to a unique fish called the Gwyniaid, which is a relic of the Ice Age.
