There are three bedrooms, each designed to provide a peaceful night’s sleep. Everything was really good, we only had two criticisms:- not every corner had been cleaned- the kitchen utensils were rather sparse

Set in a lovely location, great access for Bala lake. It does appear to get busy at the adjacent caravan and camping site but it didn't bother us. Good for visiting local attractions as you are straight onto the A494. A decent sized cottage, outdoor seating and parking.

Lovely cottage needs some modernisation shower screen we had to fix doors are a struggle to lock especially for older or less able people Wi-Fi is non existent but location lovely didn't expect to pay to use lake after paying so much for a weekend but overall ok
