The cottage was lovely however we had trouble getting the owner to put the heating up as it was cold it took 6 texts as they controlled the heating from their home. I do not think this is acceptable when you book a property that you cannot control the heating from yourself, as the person in the cottage should be able to feel comfortable.

A relaxing short break. The outlook from the conservatory is nice and the overall feel of the cottage is cosy and comfortable. Some of the furniture and decor is a little tired but as the cottage is for sale, investing in updating is probably not on the agenda. This did not detract from a pleasant stay.
