Discover the waterfalls, river pools and hill top lakes alongside the majestic mountains and dense woodland. Climb Snowdon s Summit, visit Surf Snowdonia, the Zip World and Go Below for adventures. Take a trip to Conwy Falls and Swallow Falls, pop to Dolwyddelan Castle, Conwy Castle, Harlech Castle and National Trust s Bodnant Gardens.

Head north to the stunning coastline with Conwy and Llandudno within easy reach. This fabulous 1850s farmhouse is full of period charm, interesting features and thoughtful little extras to enhance your stay. Walk into the welcoming hall with a feature fireplace and comfy chairs to relax in. Take off your coats and boots and head down to the kitchen. It is well equipped with AGA, electric hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and breakfast table in the corner, perfect for morning coffee as you look through the recipe books for inspiration. Walk through to the utility boot room with a washing machine, tumble dryer, space for your boots and coats, and a handy side door to the outside.

If you decide to eat in, the kitchen has all the equipment you need to rustle up a meal when ready walk up a few steps to the dining room for cosy nights around the long dining table with space for everyone to gather around. After dinner, go to the spacious lounge and plan your holiday activities relaxing on the comfy sofas by another feature fireplace and French doors to the side garden and parking area. Maybe you d prefer to walk down to the second lounge to enjoy karaoke, Xbox, board games or to watch a film on the Smart TV with Sky (basic package).

There is also a shower room with WC on this floor. After a full day out retire to one of the five bedrooms to choose from, all designed with a good night s sleep in mind. Choose from the king with en suite shower room and WC, a double, one of the two spacious twin bedrooms or the cosy single. Take a stroll down to the 1930s suspension bridge over the River Conwy into the heart of Betws y Coed and all its amenities. If you are bringing your bikes there is a lockable rack available, and space for kayaks, in the garden. Private parking for two cars at the property.
