Only scored bad on local amenities as the cottage is very rural, but this isn't a bad thing, if you love piece and quiet this is the place for you.We loved this cottage, it has everything in it that you could possibly need. The bed is extremely comfy as are the sofas, and it has a decent size TV. We met the owner who is very friendly. There are a few walks straight from the cottage so you can park up and not use the car. The walk from behind the cottage is fantastic. You can walk to Swallow falls and have coffee ( and delicious cake) from the Ugly House Cafe just a mile from your door.Betws y coed is only a short drive away as are other great walks and places to visit. The only problem we had was finding the cottage, the post code covers a large area so go by the instructions given by the owner. The sign for the farm is set way back once you have turned into the lane leading up to the cottage, it is very old and difficult to read. Apart from that we highly recommend the cottage and a very big thank you to the owners.

Lovely cottage in a very quiet location up a steep hill. Very clean and has everything you need. Nearest town/shops about 3 miles. Lovely walks on the doorstep. Been here before and would definitely come back.
