Wildlife spotting is a delight at scenic locations such as Talybont Reservoir (20 miles) and Llangorse Lake (14 miles), with the latter also offering plenty of adrenaline-pumping activities at the Llangorse Multi Activity Centre. For mountain hikes, Pen y Fan (18 miles) and Waun Fach (25 miles) are also within reach.
