Wellingtonia Cottage is tucked away within Marington Estate, providing you with a tranquil base. Upon entering Wellingtonia Cottage, you are welcomed by the hallway, which leads into the open-plan sitting and dining area. The open-plan living area area enjoys a log burner and comfortable seating for all, which then expands into the conservatory with further seating and boasting breathtaking countryside views. The dining area enjoys a farmhouse style table with seating for all guests, and more views of the estate. The dining area leads into the well-equipped modern kitchen, with all the appliances you would need for the duration of your stay. Further to the sitting area and conservatory there is a separate snug, with comfortable seating, and a wood burning stove, ideal for quieter moments where you can enjoy a book, or a board game.

On the first floor, there are four bright and airy bedrooms; bedroom's one and two enjoy 5' king-size beds, with bedroom one enjoying an en-suite shower room. Bedroom three has a 6' super-king size zip and link bed, which can be configured into 3' singles on request, and bedroom four has a stylish 3' bunk-beds, suitable for children. Bedrooms two, three and four have use of the family bathroom, with a bath and overhead shower.

Outside, enjoy the beautiful scenery the estate has to offer. The garden is secure for dogs, with garden furniture ideal for dining al fresco in the warmer months, and when the evenings become cooler you can enjoy the firepit, or relax in the hot tub.

Two well behaved dogs welcome, small additional charge.

Please keep dogs downstairs and off furniture. When walking on the estate, please keep dogs on lead.

Children and infants welcome. Travel cots and highchairs available on request. Please provide your own cot linen.
