Separate toilet. .  Oil central heating, oil, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included.  Initial logs for wood burner included, remainder at £6. 50 per basket.  Welcome pack.  External games room with table tennis table.  Garden with sitting-out area and garden furniture and BBQ.  Use of paddock on request with the owner.  2 dogs welcome, to be kept on a lead at all times (sheep country).  Private parking for 4 cars.  No smoking.  Please note: The property has a natural water supply from a borehole.  There are 20 steps in the garden with no handrail and a fenced stream bordering the property. .  Rhydleos Mill originally served Llansilin and the surrounding villages.  Local farmers would bring their grains for milling and then take their produce home.  As the industry changed, the demand for the mill ceased and a local farmer then used the building for sheep dipping.  In more recent years the mill has been transformed into stylish holiday accommodation and still. . .
