Snaptrip says

Guests are delighted with Hazel Lodge, praising its spotless condition, stunning views, and tranquil location. The well-equipped lodges, complete with hot tubs, offer a relaxing retreat. The local village is within walking distance, offering friendly dining options. While minor maintenance issues are noted, the overall experience is highly recommended for a peaceful getaway.

Guests that stayed at this property said

The lodge receives high marks for cleanliness, with multiple reviews mentioning its spotless condition. A few isolated comments about sticky surfaces suggest room for improvement, but these are exceptions in an otherwise consistent record of cleanliness.

The location is highly praised for its tranquility, beautiful views, and proximity to local amenities. Some guests mentioned difficulty in finding the lodge and a desire for better signage, but overall, the location is considered excellent.

Comfort is well-regarded, with guests enjoying spacious and cosy lodges. However, there are comments about uncomfortable beds and a lack of outdoor furniture, which suggests that while comfort is generally good, there is some room for improvement.

Facilities are generally appreciated, especially the hot tub and modern kitchen appliances. Criticisms include a lack of certain kitchen utensils and issues with hot tub availability upon arrival. These points indicate that while facilities are good, attention to detail could enhance the experience.

There is no mention of gifts or special touches that would indicate thoughtfulness from the owners. Without such references, it is not possible to assess this category accurately.
