The nearby market towns of Welshpool and Oswestry have many bars, shops and restaurants to keep you busy, and there are many other places of interest, with two castles nearby for you to explore. Lake Vyrnwy is nearby for bird watching, wildlife spotting, and many lovely walks.

We had a really good stay here in August. Its kitted out with all the essentials we needed for a short stay, and everything is clean. It is a great base for exploring North Wales. From here we did Snowdon, Pistyll Rhayader waterfalls, Lake Vyrnwy and Powis Castle. We particularly enjoyed the hot tub, star gazing, after a day's exploring. Lovely, peaceful setting, where the sheep come right up in front of the pod. Recommended!

Just got back after spending a week here. Was our 1st time Glamping and so glad we did. We stayed in Cain Pod VIP and was very nice inside and out. Definitely takes you away from the hussle and bussel off everyday life. Only a short drive away from Llanfyllin shops / amenities too . Private hot tub was a great addition to the pod and was used everyday. Thoroughly enjoyed staying here and would recommend to anyone. Thank you to the owners for creating these glamping pods to a high standard and in such a peaceful setting too. Made for a very relaxing holiday
