If you don’t feel like cooking one evening, then a walk or cycle ride will bring you to a country pub, Plas yn Dinas, serving an impressive menu and local ales, and within 2 to 3 miles there are a number of other local hostelries offering sustenance. Alternatively, slightly further afield rests Llanfyllin where a further selection of pubs and eateries can be found, as well as shops for re-stocking the essentials.
