Oakleigh Cottage in Llanymynech is a well-regarded holiday rental, praised for its cleanliness, peaceful location, and the thoughtfulness of the owners. Guests have consistently noted the property's modern and well-kept condition, with several appreciating the homemade cake provided upon arrival. While ideal for couples due to its size, some guests felt it was a bit small for four adults and mentioned a lack of certain amenities and storage space.

The location is frequently described as peaceful and perfect for exploring Wales, with easy access to nearby roads and attractions, though some guests desired more local information.

The cottage is generally found to be comfortable and cosy, particularly for couples. However, a few guests have suggested that it might be cramped for four adults, affecting the comfort score slightly.

While the property is well-equipped, some guests noted the absence of a washing machine, dishwasher, and detailed information on local amenities, which suggests room for improvement in facilities and maintenance.

The owners are often mentioned for their thoughtfulness, especially for the welcome treats like homemade cake. However, it should be noted that such personal touches, while common, are not guaranteed.

A lovely clean and comfortable cottage just nice for two every thing was spotless did not like the cutlery as there was no butter knife and l found the knives awkward to use other that we had a lovely enjoyable stay and the cake was a lovely touch thank you again

The property is excellent if a little small. A lack of storage would be my only observation it was fine for just me but I feel would be a problem with any more people. But putting that to one side I would definitely visit again.
