Set in a convenient spot, with grounds to explore and walks straight from your door. This stylish cottage is situated close to the main access road to Pembrokeshire, making this an ideal property for those wishing to tour this unique county. On the outskirts of the small village of Redberth, a short distance from the bustling resorts of Saundersfoot and Tenby which offer a variety of independent shops, eateries and stunning sandy beaches and harbours. Attractions for all ages are within a short drive including Oakwood, Heatherton, Manor House Wildlife Park and Folly Farm. There are historic castles in every direction but Carew is close by with mill pond and country inn.

There is a family friendly pub even closer at Broadmoor, which is just over a mile. Entering into the hallway, head through to the spacious open plan lounge/kitchen/diner. The lounge area has comfortable sofas, with wood burner effect electric fire and TV. The kitchen/dining area, is spacious and well equipped with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washer/dryer, from here there are doors to the outside decked area perfect for alfresco dining. You will also find a good size double bedroom and separate WC on the ground floor. From the hallway upstairs, are two further bedrooms, a pretty double and a twin bedroom (there are some areas of restricted height due to the pitch of the roof in both bedrooms).

Also on this floor is the bathroom with shower over a small bath and WC. This pleasant property is ideal for couples and families to enjoy at any time of the year. Heading outside, is your own private decked area with garden furniture which leads onto the communal gardens. Just outside the entrance door there is an outdoor patio for your use.To the front of the property is allocated off road parking for one car.
