Our caravan is all about the view, the location and the luxury of home comforts. Peaceful pitch with panoramic views.

Direct access to the Pembrokeshire coastal path, a 2 minute walk to the beach.

5 mins drive from Tenby or Manorbier, the perfect place to wake up to this amazing view and Pembrokeshire fresh air.

Pemberton Park Lane, top of the range, larger than a normal static caravan at 40ft x 14ft, with outstanding views of Lydstep beach and Caldey Island.

Additional home comforts include dishwasher, washing machine 2 bathrooms, (ensuite has bath), superfast satellite wifi, smart tv's in bedrooms and lounge, central heating throughout.

Please note that the Manor House bar and restaurant is closed from 10th November to 1st March.

Lounge:

Freestanding sofas, one three seater, one two seater (converts to sofa bed) , one armchair. Flat screen smart TV. Wi-fi, USB charging points. Nest of occasional tables, French doors opening onto a large sun decking with stunning panoramic sea views. Footstool / ottoman with family games.

We recently installed Elon Musk's starlink superfast satellite broadband wifi with speeds of 150 mbps to 300 mbps download and 20 to 30 mbps upload that works extremely well throughout the van. Fantastic for streaming and gaming etc, or if you have to work or do a teams call. In addition to the smart tv with freeview, netflix and catch up TV, we have installed an amazon firestick which provides movies, tv series and sports channels should you have a rainy day.

Kitchen/diner:

Large open plan kitchen/diner fully equipped with full size electric oven and grill, smeg induction hob, extractor fan, large fitted fridge freezer, built-in dishwasher, microwave, slow cooker, air fryer, dolce gusto coffee machine, kettle, toaster, washing machine, ample storage, free standing dining table & 4 chairs (extra chair in second bedroom if 5 people). USB and C charging points.

Bedroom 1:

King size bed, with bedside tables, fitted wardrobes, drawers, separate dressing table (hairdryer), ample storage. USB charging points, black out blinds. Smart TV.

En-suite bathroom with W.C, sink and a bath with over head shower. Storage, light up mirror, heated towel rail.

Bedroom 2:

Double bedroom currently laid out as a double but beds can separate to create twins. bedside tables, wardrobes, drawers and overhead storage, USB charging points, black out blinds. Smart TV.

Bathroom:

Double shower suite with powerful integral shower, sink and W.C, heated towel rail.

Outside:

Large front decked veranda extending down one side with dining table and chairs plus luxury, super comfy, rattan modular sofa furniture. Amazing sea views. Decking, patio and lawn to one side with additional shaded seating area with rattan sofas. Ample parking next to the van, plus an additional parking space behind.

No Smoking or vaping permitted inside the caravan. No pets allowed due to allergies.

Duvets, pillows and mattress covers are supplied. We ask you to please bring your own bed linen, towels, tea towels, bathroom mats (Bed linen can be provided and beds made up on arrival at an additional charge just let us know).

The bustling seaside resort of Tenby, known within Wales as “The Jewel in the Crown", is majestically positioned on the spectacularly beautiful 'Welsh Riviera'. Tenby is part of the stunning 186-mile Pembrokeshire Coast National Park, where the water is warmed by the Gulf Stream and the county is one of the sunniest places in the UK. Enclosed by medieval walls, this beautiful town features a maze of cobbled streets, hosting an array of quirky shops, an indoor locally-sourced food market, tea rooms, and tempting restaurants. Almost three miles of stunning, Blue Flag-awarded beaches provide a variety of watersports, whilst walkers and cyclists can enjoy the local flora and fauna on the coastal paths, something the competitors of the world-renowned Tenby Iron-Man contest (held in mid-September) haven’t time for! A boat trip to Caldey Island is recommended to enjoy the beauty and tranquillity of the monastery and island scenery, and you can enjoy seal and puffin sightings en-route! Explore the magnificent Tudor Merchant's House, or visit the nearby resorts of Saundersfoot or Manorbier. Folly Farm offers everything from old-fashioned fairground rides to animals both local and exotic! The perfect location for an enjoyable and varied holiday.
