Luxury 2024, 3-bedroom Willerby Astoria Lodge set in the heart of Tenby.

Caravan is classified as residential lodge, Platinum-Gold (14 feet) but our superior Lodge exceeds Haven's specifications for both Gold and Signature!

We are moments away from the ultimate Welsh beach holiday destination. Our caravan is perfectly located with just a short walk to North and south beach and the beautiful, historic Tenby town, where you will find a multitude of boutique shops, restaurants and bakeries.

The fine details;

Charging of electric vehicles using the caravan supply is strictly not allowed

This has become a problem and can blow the caravan circuit and you will be charged for any resets or damage.

Maximum occupancy is 6 people. This is a family caravan and we welcome young families. However, we do not accept groups for stags/hens.

No pets

 

Fire safety is a priority therefore non smoking / vaping in caravan or veranda and no candles please.

No bicycles or hanging wet wetsuits in caravan or verandah (outdoor storage could be arranged if required)

Holidays here at Kiln Park are packed with fun from indoor and outdoor pools, children’s play areas, tennis courts, bike rentals and huge range of entertainment to enjoy, at the Marina bar and stage venue. Kiln park entertainment passes are NOT included in this booking. However, you can purchase these on site or online, once your caravan booking is completed.

A £250 breakage or damage bond is to be paid. This bond is refundable and will be returned within 7 working days provided caravan is in same condition as arrival.

Please remove all food / rubbish from the fridge. / caravan and place in the bins situated just outside of shearwater on your departure (not to left outside the caravan).

Check in @ 3pm on arrival day and check out @ 10am.

Early / late check in /out may be available on request subject to availability.

About the caravan;

Caravan is classified as residential lodge 42 x 14 feet, 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms one of which is ensuite to the master bedroom both with showers.

Full gas central heating throughout with high efficiency condensing combi boiler. Also energy efficient double glazing and modern insulation to maintain comfortable temperatures throughout the year.

Shearwater it’s a quiet much sort after area, with most of the caravans privately owned. A cul  de sac, with no passing traffic. Very safe for the children to play outside. Close to all park amenities.

Sliding patio door leads onto a closed verandah(safe for little ones) with rattan sofa furniture etc cushions and parasol and base. Verandah benefits with continuous sunshine throughout the day.

There is also a large patio and grass area at the side of the caravan also your own private parking bay.

Kitchen fully equipped with integrated oven, grill, hob, microwave, dishwasher and fridge/freezer, kettle, toaster and full inventory of pot and pans, glasses, cutlery, dishes etc for 6 people

Iron, ironing board and vacuum cleaner also provided. Everything you need for a comfortable stay.,.

Master bedroom has a Kingsize bed and All bedrooms have plenty of storage with drawers and over bed storage units, so plenty of space for a comfortable stay. TV and hairdryers also provided in each bedroom.

USB ports on plug points for easy phone charging.

All bedding provided. Only need to bring your own towels and teatowels and bath mats.
