Scores are based on comparison with previous holiday cottages, this cottage was in a lovely location, easy access and parking, the '4' scores reflect slightly 'tired' bathroom and kitchen - none of which bothered us at all. Accuracy of information '4', reflects contradictory information about how we obtained the key code to enter the property - asked to phone and also informed we would receive a text (which we didn't) - in reality neither was correct.
