Located between the beautiful Preseli Mountains and the Pembrokeshire Coast Path, the small, dispersed village of Dinas Cross is home to a well-stocked mini market and a pub. There is a gas station, two pubs, a fish and chip shop, and a restaurant down at Pwll Gwaelod beach, and Cwm-Yr-Eglwys beach is just as close, both offering breath-taking scenery and the chance to spend tranquil days in perfect settings, and yet they are almost unnoticed by the general public unless they leave the main route through the village. Newport, not far away, is an interesting seaside town with a rich history and lots of great places to shop, eat, and drink, as well as enjoy the water. Castles, mills, craft centres, and golf courses abound in this beautiful Welsh county, making it an ideal holiday destination at any time of year.
