This well equipped warm, cosy cottage is at the end of an unsurfaced lane with fields and trees to both sides. Shops, pubs and places to eat are some distance away. For walkers and nature lovers, this quiet retreat offers the sight and sound of many bird species, both in the adjacent woodland and along the near-by estuary. We were unfortunate with the weather and had a very wet week, never-the-less Tenby was an interesting and quirky small town to visit, as are other places in Pembrokeshire. In the cottage you will find information about the history of the local area which is fascinating and well worth reading.

Lovely kitchen and upstairs bathroom. Kitchen and all equipment 100%. Lounge very dark, sofa smelt "very doggy" there was a Fabreze spray for dog smells in kitchen! used but didn't work. Sofa well past using, two other chairs not much better. Two front doors were stiff and to shut you had to slam hard, we were worried would break glass so used back door, but had to cut back overgrown plants to get to door. It just seemed it could be lovely but they had let things go, done the two good rooms and then ran out of steam. Lynda was a lovely woman and helped to us find them as we were going round in circles.

Beautiful cottage in a secluded location with stunning views and surrounding countryside. Facilities good, although I was pleased that I had read a previous review, so that I took a hairdryer with me. The hosts were very welcoming and were close by should there have been any problems which I am pleased to say there weren't. Would definitely visit again if closer to home.
