Cresswell Quay is in Pembrokeshire and is made up of a handful of cottages close to the tidal estuary. One of Wales' oldest pubs, The Cresselly Arms, is a popular place to enjoy a drink. Seasonal events include pig roasts and duck races while lovely walks can be enjoyed from the village. Pembroke and Tenby are both a short drive away.

It is comfortable, homely and extremely well equipped with good quality crockery, cooking instruments and utensils. Plenty of room for the two of us and our dog. The owners who are very hospitable, provide eco products for washing and cleaning which smell divine! When we arrived, there was milk, Welsh cakes and tea bags provided. The owners also supplied us with a basket of doggy goodies and blankets - such a lovely touch. There was a minor issue with the toaster, but the owner fixed this immediately. The cottage is situated directly behind the estuary and Quay. It was great watching the small boats come and go and the paddle boarding at high tide. Some pleasant walks directly from the cottage and lots to do just a short drive away - Lawrenny Quay tearooms is worth a visit and Carew Mill is also really nice - very tranquil. Narberth is a great shopping experience. Donât miss out on the Lily Ponds at Bosherston - the walk leads directly to Broadhaven beach south which is dog friendly all year round. This was a great holiday let which we thoroughly recommend.
