About this property

Broad Haven 2.7 miles. Located in Talbenny, not far from Broad Haven in Pembrokeshire, just a 10-minute walk from the coastal path, and a 25-minute walk from the nearest family and dog-friendly beach, is the quaint and inviting one-bedroom cottage, Tree Cottage. Tree Cottage is a great option for couples with pets because of its convenient position within the Pembrokeshire Coast National Park, on a complex of six cottages that provides easy access to the park's beautiful coastline and convenient nearby facilities. Advantages include an off-road parking space, a front courtyard with outdoor dining furniture, and use of a communal lawn. There is a well-equipped kitchen inside, perfect for whipping up your best meals for two to eat at the intimate dining table with a glass of wine in hand. Unwind on the sumptuous sofa in front of the TV after dinner, as your pooch finds their favourite seat in front of the woodburning stove. The ground-floor is completed by a sleek shower room, where you can freshen up after a day of exploring. As the evening grows darker, make your way up to the first floor to relax in the double bed, where you can curl up with a good book or catch up on some well-deserved rest. Tree Cottage is a fabulous base for exploring Pembrokeshire.

Located on the stunning coastline of Pembrokeshire, this little fishing community is home to a stunning Blue Flag beach, suitable for swimming, boating, and surfing in the warmer months and bracing, picturesque strolls on the windier days. There are a few convenience stores, a post office, a water sports rental company, and a sportswear store in this small coastal town. A variety of eateries, including a pub, a bar, and a couple of cafés, are also available. Little haven is a picturesque fishing community that may be reached on foot by the beach at low tide or the coastal road, both of which lead directly to the village. Take in breathtaking scenery along the world-famous Pembrokeshire Coast Path or one of the many other walking and cycling routes that wind through the county's rural terrain. Take a road trip through Pembrokeshire to see the beautiful St. David's Cathedral in the smallest city in Wales, as well as several other castles and entertainment parks. This is an ideal destination for people of all ages, at any time of the year.

The rooms were spotless and bright, the bed was very comfortable with more than enough bedding, the kitchen very well equipped with all you need for self catering. Everything about the cottage was delightful and we have absolutely no hesitation in recommending a stay here. Thanks also to the cleaning staff who presented the cottage in such a spotlessly clean manner. As and when the Internet Service Provider improves the wireless signal, which is pretty much non-existent here, this will enable the service but I appreciate this is out of the hands of the property's owner and he, like all of us is in the hands of Openreach! Thank you to the owner, we will be back

Mainly the WiFi signal is non existent in the cottage - the only place to get signal was to go out into the courtyard…not great if it’s raining! A few extra larger bowls would be useful too for salads etc.

Your response when told of this was poor in that no one came back to us on it 2. The front door key sticks and is difficult to lock particularly from inside ( both this and 1 above were raised by the previous visitors) 3 the toaster does not stay down and needs replacing. 4. The Wi fi keeps dropping out and involves numerous visits to the laundry room to reset.
