The Dairy is situated in the village of Skenfrith on the owners’ working sheep, beef and arable farm, a few minutes’ walk from Skenfrith Castle, on the Monnow River, and just 6 miles from historic Monmouth.  This town has the only remaining fortified bridge in the UK with a tower standing on the bridge, as well as a wide range of bars, restaurants, s. . .
