Venture into Aberdaron, a picturesque fishing village on the north-west coast of the Llŷn Peninsula. The harbour is surrounded by a beach at one end and a large expanse of sand dunes at the other, with The National Trust - Llŷn Peninsula on the eastern side of the harbour. The nearby Traeth Porth Meudwy is an old slate quarry that is now a nature reserve, while Porth Simdde is a sandy cove with a small beach just to the north of Aberdaron, making for a peaceful day out at the coast. Visit the popular Abersoch, the perfect holiday spot for those who want to relax on the beach, eat at trendy cafés, find cool souvenirs, and enjoy some of the best surfing in Wales.
