Make your way back to the ground floor to find the kitchen which hosts an electric oven and hob to rustle up tasty meals on and a handy dishwasher to help with the cleaning up. Gather in the dining room to plan your day over breakfast while the woodburning stove creates a homely ambiance. Completing the ground floor is a sleek bathroom so the group can freshen up between activities. As the evening draws to a close, head back upstairs where you have the choice of a double or a twin room to rest your head before another exciting day out. If you can tear yourself away from this charming cottage, get your walking boots on and head to Snowdonia Attractions to discover a world of outdoor activities such as climbing and abseiling. If you are feeling extra adventurous, why not make your way to the Snowdonia National Park and conquer Wales and England's highest mountain, Snowden? For a more relaxing day out, Plas yn Rhiw is just a short drive away and home to a beautiful manor house with a picture-perfect ornamental garden and wonderful views. The surrounding areas are known for their pride in their culture, just a scenic car journey will take you to Nant Gwrtheyrn, located on a Victorian, former quarrying village, the site is home to National Welsh Language and Heritage Centre, and a lovely café you can stop at before making your way back to the cottage. Further afield is the popular village of Portmeirion; known for its Italian-style architecture, the beautiful village also plays host to numerous quaint shops and eateries to fuel your excursions. Enjoying some of the best views on the Llyn Peninsula is the village of Llithfaen. Llithfaen is one of the highest villages in on the highest villages on the peninsula due to its convenient location on the Yr Eifl mountain range. The village offers a friendly and thriving community, home to a village shop and local pub. Known for its pride in Welsh heritage, just up the road at Nant Gwrtheyrn is the Welsh Language and Heritage Centre and restaurant, where there is also a charming pebble beach.
