The sitting room has an impressive inglenook fireplace with an open log fire and French doors which open to a wonderful private terrace with its stone balustrades which extends across the rear of the cottage and gives you a lovely wooded area to enjoy alfresco dining. The dining room has a high pitched beamed ceiling and a beautiful hand-crafted stairwell leading up to the galleried landing and two bedrooms. On the ground floor another two bedrooms, one benefiting from an en-suite shower room, a further family bathroom and a well-equipped kitchen with breakfast bar complete this lovely cottage. In a truly idyllic position, the 100-acre estate of Talhenbont lies in the beautiful unspoilt countryside of the Lleyn Peninsula. Within the estate are many exciting activities for guests staying at the immaculately restored cottages such as an all weather tennis court, outdoor chess,, an adventure playground for children. The Talhenbont estate is one of the finest self catering retreats in Wales, but the area's attractions aren't limited to those on site. The local area offers a variety of castles, beaches, golf courses and the Snowdonia National Park as well as an extensive range of succulent dishes provided by local restaurants and inns. The climate of this area of Wales is particularly mild, making it an ideal vacation spot regardless of the time of year.
