Step inside to be greeted by a modern, open plan living space that flows effortlessly, with plenty of room for everyone to relax in. There is also a well-equipped kitchen which offers the ideal space in which to rustle something up after a day exploring this fantastic region. The bedrooms have been finished with your comfort in mind, too, to ensure a restful night’s sleep.
Outside will most certainly not disappoint you, with countryside views and a bubbling hot tub to relax in and chat about the day’s adventures. Talking of adventures, there are plenty to be had in this unspoilt, special region. You are minutes away from some very special beaches and coves. Glas Fryn Parc is within easy reach - a must for any outdoor enthusiast, and there’s something for all levels of experience here.
Further down the coast you’ll find Criccieth and Harlech, a unesco World Heritage Site, along with Porthmadog, home to the Welsh Highland Railway. There’s so much on offer in this diverse region whatever your interest. On-site there is storage for kayaks, paddle boards and bikes, along with ample parking for any jet skis or boats. Beach 5 miles.

We had a fabulous holiday at Bryn Bychan.A warm welcome from the owners and a welcome basket like no other I’ve experienced made us feel at home. Mick explained how everything worked but was at hand should we need him.The caravan was the best I’ve ever stayed in and the hot tub was a real treat. Importantly outside it was very secure for my dog to wander and even the owners fields to walk in.All in all a perfect stay, lots to see in the area and a wonderful place to return to.I would recommend Bryn Bychan to anyone.

Had a wonderful week , welcome pack is amazing, everywhere spotless clean....wonderful location very peaceful. Warm welcome from Mick and Jane .... Hot tub wonderful after a days adventures... would strongly recommend if you want a peaceful and relaxing holiday. Our Dog loved it too as there is a large enclosed garden so he could have a good mooch... definitely be back.
